I am in network with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  I accept many other insurances such as Aetna, United Behavioral Health, and Cigna as an out-of-network practitioner, but I am not a provider for either Medicare or Medicaid.  Many health insurance policies have a generous out-of-network benefit, but members should call their network for exact benefit details.  I will submit insurance claims on your behalf, but payment, including co-payments, cost shares, and deductibles are due and payable at the time of service by check, cash or credit/debit card.

I also accept clients on a fee-for-service basis, as some people have no health insurance or choose not to use their benefit,  We can discuss my fees in advance of your first appointment.
